Consider this … Gifts …

It’s understandable why so many individuals are all concerned about who has what “gifts” and who doesn’t … who has what “capabilities” and who doesn’t … who can “make things happen” and who can’t … who can gather goodies to themselves with ease and who can’t … all of that. The sense of “unfairness” and injustice will always make us wish we had the “abilities” of those who can do what they wish to do … with ease.
Once again … the basic directive of … “It’s not what happens to you that counts … but how you react to it … what you do with it” … prevails.
One tends to broaden it … develop it … push it into the “more of” scenario … and as with any art or talent … this is a must. One eventually develops many talents and abilities to the level of “power over” or “control over” or “my way or no way” … and eventually into … “Look how good I am and what I can do.”
This is completely understandable. These abilities and talents often take a *long* time to develop … and again … I mean … lifetimes. This is a great aspect of learning to direct interact with life … learning to use the metaphysical powers and abilities to “design and guide” life towards the avenues of your choice.
Each and every level and development of ability or capability involves its own lessons … and these lessons carry ramifications … or karmic / balancing implications. It all ties together.
Again … what complicates *so* much on the path … is that the sequences or aftermaths of various “uses” of our talents or developed attributes do not show up in the present lifetime. This … again … its by design. If everything were as easy or clear-cut as … “Do senseless activity … get hurt … go to hospital” … the time of the path would be drastically cut. We would all discern what actions bring about what efforts or consequences … and which ones “please” us.
You are constantly … continuously … surrounded by individuals of incredible variation in capability and understanding. I often use the public school system to portray this … and it’s easy to perceive the “grades” according to age. But without a doubt … the same prevails with all those that surround each of us … ourselves included … and the differences are not so easily determined. A true, authentic Master … one who has actually and legitimately been to … and stood in the Presence of the Core Creator God … the actual Center of All Existence … metaphysical and spiritual … and you would never know that this individual had achieved the level that He has … unless He had purpose in doing so.
LIFE … grows. LIFE … expands. LIFE … does not destroy IT-self. WE do that via our own personal design. WE think incapability, lack of confidence, weakness, sickness, we think helplessness and hopelessness … WE think all of this into our own lives … by focusing on it … the troubles we have … how unqualified we are … on and on and on.
Again … we learn what we are … by first learning what we are not.
